Salvador Guzman

Salvador Guzman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and venture capital. Currently serving as the Director of M&A at Ooredoo Group since February 2022, Salvador also holds the position of Venture Partner at Rhombuz VC, an early-stage venture capital fund focused on sectors such as FinTech, HealthTech, TMT, eCommerce, and Consumer. Previous roles include Group Head of Strategic Partnerships and M&A at PT. XL Axiata Tbk, and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Salvador began their career at KPMG as an Auditor and progressed through Deloitte as a Senior Consultant, eventually completing an MBA at The University of Manchester and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
