Deborah Jones-Hertzog

As Rho’s VP, Head of Technology, Deborah Jones-Hertzog brings more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, spanning leadership roles across biotechnology, major pharmaceutical, and clinical CRO organizations. With a combination of technical and business leadership, she is able to forge strong partnerships to craft joined-up business and IT strategies that balance innovation with pragmatic operational improvements. Dr. Jones-Hertzog received her undergraduate degree in Chemistry from The University of Bath, her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Emory University and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Yale University in computational chemistry. Since joining Rho, Dr. Jones-Hertzog has focused on getting the basics right, delivering on promises, innovating with purpose, and inspiring her organization to have passion for the immense value Technology and IT delivers to a modern-day organization. Dr. Jones-Hertzog is partnering across all areas of the business to support the continued development and strengthening of Rho’s business services.
