Kay Lowery

Kay Lowery is a nationally certified Human Resources professional and currently serves as Rho’s Associate Vice President, Human Resources & Legal, providing strategic and tactical HR guidance to leaders and employees. Ms. Lowery has over 20 years of experience in a multitude of industries, including professional sports and entertainment, publication, manufacturing, technology, and HR consulting. Ms. Lowery has extensive experience managing strategic and tactical HR functions for several organizations during the start-up and growth phases, as well as guiding company leaders and employees through a variety of workforce changes. She has served on several boards of directors, including Community Health Services, Charlotte Area Society for Human Resources Managers, Stratford Richardson YMCA, and was a member of the steering committee for Y Achievers, a Greater Charlotte YMCA/Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools initiative to increase the CMS graduation rates. Currently, she is a member of the Triangle Society of Human Resources Managers and North Carolina SHRM leadership teams. Ms. Lowery is a graduate of Leadership Charlotte, Class 27, Leadership Triangle, and a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), a national organization.
