Chris Penny is the chief marketing officer at RHR International. In this role, he runs RHR’s global marketing function, responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of RHR’s brand, marketing, PR, events, and advertising initiatives.
With more than 30 years in marketing, Chris has worked both in-house in senior leadership roles and on the agency side as a founder and director. Some of his sector-specific experience includes pharmaceuticals, technology, consumer goods, retail, financial services, automotive, insurance, and manufacturing.
Chris believes in taking an empathetic approach to marketing, listening carefully to truly understand his audience’s needs to deliver solutions that are truly customer centric, reflecting their rational and emotional needs to form a deeper, longer-lasting relationship based on trust, authenticity, and shared values. He has worked extensively in the U.S., UK, Europe, and the Middle East and is especially skilled in delivering brand and digital strategies that engage and delight the target audience.
