Elizabeth Salib

A partner at RHR International, Elizabeth Salib works with leaders, top teams, and organizations to accelerate their effectiveness, helping them unleash their strengths through courage and authenticity. Liz has focused her career on understanding leadership and the ways in which it can be a key lever for creating great teams, cultures, and organizations, with a specialty in cross-cultural inclusion.

Liz has more than a decade of experience in executive coaching, senior team effectiveness, talent assessment, and guiding organizations as they establish their diversity and inclusion strategies. Working as a trusted and candid partner, she is passionate about supporting leaders in reaching their full potential by helping uncover new ways of understanding their interpersonal impact and guiding behavioral change. She enjoys working across a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, financial services, and consumer goods.

As a social psychologist, her research focused on identifying the key leadership behaviors that contribute to a team’s sense of inclusion, cohesion, and innovation, resulting in a Harvard Business Review article, multiple white papers, and a book chapter. She is also an experienced facilitator, coach, and keynote speaker.

Liz holds a PhD in social psychology and a master’s degree in psychology from Rutgers University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and philosophy from Northeastern University. Outside of work, she pursues a variety of activities that blend artistry with technical skill, fuel creativity, and build resilience.
