Kerstan Sokoloski

Kerstan Sokoloski is a part-time operations coordinator at RHR International, serving as a floating support person for the firm’s project coordinators, a position she formerly held. In her current role, she provides high-quality assistance to ensure client engagements run smoothly and deliverables are completed well and on time.

Kerstan has a knack for managing complex projects with diligence and efficiency. She is adept at building trusting relationships with both clients and her colleagues and has a genuine desire to collaborate with everyone involved to see projects and clients succeed.

Kerstan’s professional background has often involved overseeing client relationships at a high level. Prior to joining RHR, she worked as a project and client manager in video production, overseeing the execution of every phase of any given project. She has also served as an account manager in the insurance industry, managing 15 client accounts and more than 120 individuals, and as a director of events, running a team of 20 event planners across the U.S. Kerstan has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Fort Lewis College.

With a strong interest in corporate social responsibility, Kerstan has in the past helped to spearhead RHR’s internal philanthropic and volunteer efforts.
