Kristen Kirkland

Kristen Kirkland is a partner with RHR International, where she divides her time between leadership assessment, executive coaching, and account management. Prior to this, she helped build and was head of client engagement for RHR’s Scaling for GrowthSM offering, the firm’s flagship leadership development program.

Kristen is a collaborative and strategic partner who works with clients in a variety of industries ranging from established Fortune 50 companies to young startups. With an innovative mindset, she listens carefully to ensure her clients’ strategic objectives are met and positive impact is created for the larger organization.

In her work with individuals, Kristen focuses on helping them develop their skills to be the best leaders they can be. She is motivated by the prospect of creating real changes in their professional lives and genuinely enhancing the way they lead others and support their own growth.

As the former chief operating office of Every Mother Counts, a nonprofit organization dedicated to making pregnancy and childbirth safe for every mother, Kristen has experienced firsthand the challenges and pressures that executives face. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Oglethorpe University and a master’s degree and PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from The City University of New York’s Graduate Center.
