Liz Bernhard

An associate with RHR International, Liz Bernhard brings more than 25 years of experience as an executive coach and business psychologist helping individual leaders and companies grow and achieve results. A trusted talent advisor with a global mindset, she makes strong and lasting connections with her clients.

Liz started her career in private clinical practice and moved to the consulting world after seeing the profound and dynamic impact of this work on individuals and organizations. She is invigorated by helping leaders gain insight into their skills and deepen their abilities to leverage their own and others’ talents to increase effectiveness and make the right talent and career decisions.

With a direct and empathetic style, clients appreciate the clear and practical coaching Liz provides. She brings considerable intercultural experience and specializes in working with overseas operations, particularly in Latin America. She has served clients in a variety of industries, including private equity, consumer products, manufacturing, energy, media, and mining.

Liz is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Canada and has permanent residency status in Brazil. She received a bachelor’s degree from Colorado College and a master’s degree and PhD in counseling psychology from Northwestern University.
