Rayya Ghusein

Rayya Ghusein is a project coordinator at RHR International, where she manages the administration of multiple ongoing client engagements and supports the firm’s head of advisory services. Her work includes scheduling, meeting and travel planning, document handling, and more.

While continually managing the details, Rayya is equally adept at keeping an eye on the big picture to ensure that projects stay on track in terms of both timing and budget. She is personally invested in the mission of helping leaders grow and appreciates learning about how different organizations run and the impact they have on the people whose lives they touch.

Rayya came to RHR after spending a decade working in higher education. She holds a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Elmhurst University outside Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lewis University.
