Ben Spillane

Ben Spillane is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in operations and event management. Currently serving as Deputy Director at Royal Albert Hall since December 2021, Ben oversees the events department, leading a diverse team to manage hospitality services effectively. Previous roles include Head of Operations at Biscuiteers and Assistant General Manager at Megan's Restaurants. Ben's career began at rhubarb food, progressing from Front of House Manager for Mamma Mia! the Party to Senior Operations Manager. Additional experience includes management roles at At Your Service Event Staffing and the New College of the Humanities Student Union. Ben holds a BA in Philosophy from New College of the Humanities and a Diploma in Cocktail Bartending from the London Bar School.
