K. Joann Guertin

K. JoAnn Guertin has over two decades of human resources experience, starting as a Personnel Manager at Walmart in 1997. K. JoAnn then progressed to roles such as Assistant Store Manager at Goody's Clothing Store, Shift Supervisor at iParty, and Department Manager at Walmart Stores, Inc. K. JoAnn transitioned to corporate HR roles at Ipsen, Speedline Technologies, and R.H. White Construction Co., Inc, where they served as a Recruiter, HR Assistant, and HR Business Partner before becoming Human Resources Manager and later the Human Resources Director at R.H. White Construction. Throughout their career, they have taken on responsibilities ranging from full-cycle recruiting and employee training to personnel file management and benefits enrollment.

K. JoAnn Guertin received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from American InterContinental University in 2010. In 2015, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM and SHRM Certification.
