Customer Journey Manager at Rhythm Energy

Bryant Preston has a diverse work experience starting from 2009. Bryant worked as a Print and Web Design Associate at Gruene Acres Web Design from October 2009 to July 2011. After that, they joined ASP Westward as a Graphic Artist from December 2010 to July 2011. During this time, they efficiently handled multiple web and print advertisements for community newspapers and their websites using Adobe Flash and Photoshop techniques.

From 2011 to 2014, Bryant worked at Consolidated Graphics - Technology Services & Solutions Group, first as an Application Support Manager/CrossMedia Services from July 2011 to July 2012, and then as a Connect Product Manager from July 2012 to July 2014. In these roles, they managed and supported various application-related services.

In 2014, Bryant joined First Community Credit Union as a Web Designer and served till May 2016. During their tenure, they designed and maintained company websites.

From May 2016 to July 2021, Bryant worked as a Digital Marketing Analyst at both NRG Energy and Green Mountain Energy Company. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing marketing data and implementing digital marketing strategies.

Currently, Bryant is working as a Customer Journey Manager at Rhythm starting from July 2021.

Bryant Preston obtained their BFA degree in Communication Design from Texas State University, which they completed in 2010. In addition, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification from Salesforce in December 2018.
