Anita Allen

Anita Allen, NACD.DC, is the President and Managing Partner of Allen Advisory Group, LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in strategy development, digital transformation, and change management since 2007. Allen serves as an Independent Director for The RENN Fund and Currant, providing expertise in governance and strategic oversight. Previously, Allen has held significant roles including Chair of the Board for NACD New Jersey Chapter, President and Treasurer of the NACD National Board, and Independent Director at Tingley Rubber Corporation. With a background at KPMG, including Managing Director of Corporate Philanthropy and various leadership positions in the finance practice, Allen has extensive experience in corporate governance and finance transformation. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Monmouth University.
