Andrew Collins

Andrew Collins, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Andrew is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Rhythmlink International, LLC, where they lead the HR function and ensures a positive employee experience. Prior to this, they worked as the Culture, Talent, and Development Manager, focusing on designing talent strategies and attracting top-performing teams.

Before joining Rhythmlink, Andrew was the Senior Human Resources Manager at Alcami Corporation, where they implemented various HR systems and processes to foster organizational success factors. Andrew also worked as the Human Resources Manager at Southern Company, where they played a crucial role in the first new nuclear construction project in the U.S. in over 30 years.

In addition, Andrew has held positions at Mitsubishi Nuclear Energy Systems, The Shaw Group (Acquired by CB&I), Balfour Beatty Construction, and Paramount Parks | VIACOM, gaining experience in leadership training, process integration, workforce development, and recruitment. Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated a strong focus on promoting fairness, employee engagement, and team success.

Andrew Collins, SPHR, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from The Citadel, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their degree, Andrew has acquired several certifications, including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in April 2021. Andrew also holds certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn (obtained in October 2022), and A Navy SEAL's Surprising Key to Building Unstoppable Teams: Caring from LinkedIn (obtained in May 2021).
