Kristiina Traumann

Kristiina Traumann is an experienced HR specialist at the Estonian Information System Authority since October 2016, responsible for managing employment relations, including job postings, contracts, onboarding and training of new employees, and handling training and leave requests through the public servant self-service portal. Kristiina has expertise in implementing the DISC methodology, conducting health checks, processing payroll-related actions, administering an interview environment, mentoring new employees, and managing recruitment processes from job announcement to selection. Prior to this role, Kristiina worked as an assistant to the Director General at Statistics Estonia from January 2014 to October 2016 and held a referent position. Kristiina holds a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Management from Tallinn University of Technology, obtained between 2016 and 2019, and completed studies at Tallinn School of Economics from 2011 to 2013.
