Sonja Ranck Msn

Sonja Ranck has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Sonja started as a Director of Nursing and Patient Care Services at Lucas County Health Center in 1997 and later transitioned to roles such as Director of ICU and Telemetry at Metropolitan Medical Center and various positions at Mercy Medical Center, including Endoscopy Director. Sonja then moved on to SKIFF MEDICAL CENTER, where they served as Chief Clinical Officer, Operating Room Director, and eventually Chief Operations Officer. Sonja'smost recent role was as the Chief of Nursing Innovation at Higher Learning Technologies before joining Ria Health as the Senior Director of Clinical Operations in 2023.

Sonja Ranck holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Arizona State University and a Master's degree in Nursing from the University of Iowa. Sonja is a Registered Nurse certified by the Iowa Board of Nursing. Sonja also obtained certifications in Good Clinical Practice, Six Sigma Green Belt Training, and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
