Ellie Trainor

Ellie Trainor is an experienced music industry professional currently serving as an Online Investigator at the Recording Industry Association of America® (RIAA). With a strong background as a songwriter, performer, and producer under the stage name Elle Hope, Ellie has composed and released original songs while studying songwriting and production at New York University. Previous roles include Performer Lineups Specialist at SoundExchange, where Ellie ensured accurate processing of royalty payments, and Matching Associate at The Mechanical Licensing Collective, focusing on the distribution of mechanical royalties. Additional experiences span various internships and positions in the music industry, including hosting a podcast on WNYU Radio and working with independent artists at Upward Spiral Music.
