Jonathan Schlact

Jonathan Schlact is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in finance and real estate. Currently serving as a Director in Special Servicing and Loan Workout at Rialto Capital Advisors, LLC since June 2013, Schlact has also maintained a role as a Licensed Salesperson at HomeSmart since June 2009. Prior experience includes an internship in Debt Capital Markets at J.P. Morgan and an internship focused on office landlord representation at CBRE. Schlact began a career in the real estate industry as the Lead Project Manager and Television Personality for TLC's "FLIP THAT HOUSE." Jonathan Schlact holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
