Leon Lu

Leon Lu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business intelligence, analytics, and app development. Currently serving as the Director of BI, Analytics and App Development at Rialto Management Group since November 2023, Leon previously held significant roles at ADP from December 2014 to November 2023, including Director of Business Intelligence and Manager of BI Solutions. Leon successfully transformed ADP's traditional BI group into an internal Analytics Consulting Group and led the analytics workstream for project VEGA, achieving a 10% increase in sales leads and a 30% reduction in sales implementation time. Earlier positions included Lead BI & Analytics Consultant at Johnson & Johnson, where Leon led an offshore analytics team, and Analytics and Insight Analyst at MEC, managing digital media data for major clients. Leon holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering, respectively, from the University of Miami.
