Joshua S. has an extensive work experience in various industries. Joshua is currently serving as the Vice President Asia-Pacific at RIB Software, where they lead the APAC region and oversees the go-to-market strategy globally. Prior to this, Joshua worked at Aden Group as the ASEAN Commercial Director, where they focused on expanding the business across ASEAN and implementing digital transformation solutions. Joshua also served as the Country Manager at Aden Group. Joshua has also held leadership positions at PetroVietnam Group, CNOOC Orion Technical Services Co., Ltd, and Orion Group, where they were responsible for establishing and growing business operations in Asia and overseeing joint ventures and partnerships. Earlier in their career, Joshua worked at NES Global Talent as the Regional Director and Divisional Manager, where they provided engineering solutions and manpower services to various industries. Joshua also has experience working at Darwin Rhodes, Talent&Pro, United Business Media, and AXA, where they held diverse roles in sales, account management, and leadership.

Joshua S. completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Asian Business Management at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1999 to 2003. In 2002, they also studied Mandarin and China Economics at Beijing Technology and Business University. More recently, Joshua S. pursued several programs at INSEAD, including Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption and Building Digital Partnerships & Ecosystems in 2020, as well as Leading in a Transforming World in 2021. Joshua obtained certifications in Leading in a Transforming World, Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption, Building Digital Partnerships and Ecosystems, as well as Leading Organisations in Disruptive Times.
