Carlos Salas has a diverse work experience in various roles. Carlos started their career as a University Teacher at Universidad Tecnológica Americana, where they taught translation and interpretation courses. During this time, they focused on scientific-technical, legal, and economic-commercial translation, as well as simultaneous interpretation.

In 2009, Carlos joined Gardner English as a Business English Teacher and Translator. Carlos taught advanced-level business English classes to international companies like Citibanamex and Stée Lauder, as well as conducted translation work for business, legal, and technical documents.

Later, Carlos worked at Ribbon Communications as a Multilingual HR & Facilities Admin. Support. Carlos supported the HR department by interviewing candidates to assess their English skills and handled various administrative tasks.

Carlos also has experience as a Writer, working for Editorial Endira. Carlos authored a novel called "El Afán," which was published in 2014 and distributed nationally and globally. Carlos participated in the Feria International del Libro (FIL) de Guadalajara and promoted their novel through media and cultural events.

Most recently, Carlos worked as a Translator at Punto y Coma Traducciones, specializing in the translation of various types of documents.

Carlos Salas earned a degree in Translation and Interpretation from Universidad Tecnológica Americana between 2002 and 2006. Additionally, they obtained an English Certification, specifically a C2 Proficient Level, from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in August 2019.
