Cary Hayward

Cary Hayward has extensive work experience in product management and leadership roles. Cary is currently working at Ribbon Communications as a Product Manager. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Products at Maze Policy. Cary has also worked at Sonus Networks as a Senior Director of Product Management. Cary spent a significant amount of time at Polycom, where they held positions such as Vice President of Product Management and Senior Director of Product Management. Before that, Cary worked at Phoenix Technologies as a Senior Director of Product Management, where they played a key role in launching various software offerings. Cary began their career at Cisco Systems as a Product Line Manager, focusing on high-end routing and security applications. Cary also has experience working at Procket Networks, Redback Networks, Merlin Systems, and Lucent.

Cary Hayward completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University, Fresno from 1983 to 1987. Later, from 1989 to 1992, they pursued an MBA degree from Santa Clara University.
