David Hermann

David Hermann has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. David started their career in 1989 as an Installation Technician at Northern Telecom, Inc. David later became an Operations Site Supervisor at the same company. In 1997, they joined Nortel Networks as part of their GTAC (Global Technical Assistance Center) team, where they worked for 13 years. Following that, they worked at Innovatia for one year in their GTAC. In 2011, they joined Genband as a Sr. Support Specialist and worked there for six years. Currently, they are a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Ribbon Communications, where they have been working since November 2017.

David Hermann has a strong educational background in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. David completed several certificate programs in this field, including one at Genband in 2017, one at Nortel in 2006, one at Innovatia in 2003, and several at Nortel Networks and Northern Telecom in 2001 and 2000. Additionally, they obtained a certificate in Business Administration and Management, General from the Micro Center Education Department in 1999. Through these educational experiences, David has developed a specialized skillset in computer systems networking and telecommunications.
