David Shapero

David Shapero has a diverse range of work experience spanning over three decades. David began their career in 1991 as a Systems Specialist at Nissan Motor Corporation and later worked as a Systems Engineer at FileNet Corporation from 1994 to 1996. In 1997, David joined Cisco Systems as a Systems Engineer before moving to Redback Networks in 1999, where they held the same role. David then worked as a Consultant at Procket Networks in 2001.

From 2005 to 2015, David served as a Consulting Engineer at Polycom, where they provided strategic pre-sales systems engineering for global accounts and played a role in new hire and ongoing training. David also worked as a Systems Engineer at FileNet Corporation in 2005 and as a Principal Systems Engineer at Sonus from 2015 to 2017.

David's most recent work experience includes various roles at Ribbon Communications, where they have been employed since 2018. David initially worked as a Principal Systems Engineer from 2018 to 2018 and then transitioned to an Account Executive position from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they hold the role of an Alliance Systems Engineer, which they started in October 2021.

David Shapero pursued their undergraduate education from 1979 to 1983 at the University of Oregon. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Economics.
