Eric Litvak

Eric Litvak has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Eric began their career in 1999 as a Sales Engineer at Quest Net, and then moved on to work as a Market Development Manager at Gillette Global Networks and Eureka Networks. In 2003, they joined PAETEC as a Major Account Manager and later worked as a Sales Engineer at Cypress Communications.

In 2008, Eric joined Verizon Business as a Business Solutions Consultant, specializing in IP Telephony. Eric then transitioned to Avaya in 2011, where they worked as a Solutions Engineer. In 2013, they briefly worked as a Sales Engineer at Vidyo before returning to Avaya in 2014. At Avaya, Eric served as a Solutions Engineer until 2016.

Eric's most recent role is with Ribbon Communications, where they joined in 2016. Eric initially worked as a Senior Solutions Engineer before being promoted to Director of Solution Engineering for Northeast Enterprise Accounts. In 2019, they took on the role of Director of Solution Engineering, leading US Enterprise accounts. Eric is dedicated to advocating for customers and assisting them in achieving their goals through the effective use of technology. Eric is committed to personal growth and continuous learning, enabling him to be a trusted advisor to customers, colleagues, friends, and family.

Eric Litvak completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Indiana University Bloomington, which they attended from 1991 to 1996. Later on, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance at Long Island University.
