Gilad Mermelstein

Gilad Mermelstein has a variety of work experience in the customer credit and finance field. Gilad started their career as a Senior Customer Relations Manager at Clal Insurance, where they managed credit insurance policies for large Israeli exporters and developed the company's customer portfolio. Gilad then moved on to Amdocs, where they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst, managing the P&L of the Billing division and the R&D organization. After that, they joined ECI Telecom, specializing in customer credit and finance and focusing on credit risk management for global customers and finding financing solutions for medium/long term transactions. Following their time at ECI Telecom, they joined TCS Ltd. - Trade Credit Solutions as a Credit Insurance Broker, responsible for sales of global credit insurance policies to Israeli companies and managing the policies for the insured, while also providing added value financial services and working closely with large global insurers. Most recently, they are working at Ribbon Communications in a role related to customer credit and finance, although specific details of the role are not provided.
