Jagat Narayan Ojha

Jagat Narayan Ojha has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several years. Jagat Narayan began their career as an Assistant Manager at Alcatel-Lucent in April 2013, where they were responsible for monitoring NMS/EMS servers and capacity planning. Jagat Narayan also optimized and rerouted scattered bandwidth using UNIX scripting and resolved server access-related faults. Jagat Narayan worked in this role until October 2014.

Following their time at Alcatel-Lucent, they joined Tata Communications Ltd in October 2014 as a Service Assurance (IP/Tx) specialist. In this position, they remotely troubleshooted their national network for enterprise customers. Their responsibilities included troubleshooting IP networks (Access part) and various circuits such as NPLC, IPLC, NDE, DGE, ILL, VPN, IPLCCC, VOIP, and media services (Video links). Jagat Narayan served in this role until January 2016.

After their tenure at Tata Communications, Ojha joined Vodafone in January 2016. During their time there, they held two different roles. From January 2016 to July 2017, they worked as a Network Consultant, and from August 2017 to November 2022, they served as a Network Specialist.

Currently, Ojha is working at Ribbon Communications as a Senior Technical Analyst, starting from December 2022.

Jagat Narayan Ojha received a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communication from JIS College of Engineering, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they have obtained several certifications in the field of networking and IT. In 2017, they achieved the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification. In 2019, they earned the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy, and the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In 2020, they obtained the SD-WAN Essentials certification from Vodafone, the ACE Multi-Cloud Networking Associate certification from Aviatrix, the ITIL 4 certification from AXELOS, and the Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 1 and Level 2 certifications from Fortinet.
