Jessica Kalbfleisch

Jessica Kalbfleisch has gained diverse work experience over the years. Jessica started their career as a Server at Sandwich Mill Deli and Catering, where they provided excellent customer service and ensured the cleanliness and security of the establishment.

Jessica later took on the role of an Accounting Clerk at APCT, where they processed accounts payable invoices and supported various departments in ensuring compliance with state laws.

Jessica then worked at California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) as a Teacher's Assistant, maintaining student grades for multiple professors and providing course material recaps. Jessica also served as a Research Assistant, working on various projects and utilizing Microsoft Office tools for data analysis and collaboration.

Currently, they are employed at Ribbon Communications as a Sales Operations Analyst. Their responsibilities include onboarding new partners, strengthening relationships with existing partners, and providing training and support to customers. Jessica also prepares sales reports for senior management on a regular basis. Jessica's work experience demonstrates their ability to communicate effectively, multitask, and adapt to different roles and responsibilities.

Jessica Kalbfleisch completed their high school education at Pioneer High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma from 2012 to 2016. Jessica then attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and a minor in Sustainable Environments. During their time at Cal Poly, they also participated in a study abroad program, attending the National Taipei University of Technology and the National Chi Nan University in Taiwan in 2018. In 2020, Jessica furthered their education by obtaining a CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online. Jessica completed the program in September 2020.
