Mark Z.

Mark Z's work experience begins in 1980 when they worked as an Installer/Field Supervisor at Nortel. Mark was responsible for installing DMS-100/200 frames and cabling, as well as overhead ironwork and DC power plants. Mark then moved on to become an Instructor/Developer at Nortel, where they developed, updated, and taught the Knowledge Solutions Carrier Voice Over IP (CVoIP) / Carrier Voice and Application Services (CVAS) curriculum. Mark also maintained and updated the lab equipment. In 2010, Mark joined GENBAND as an Instructor, where they developed, updated, and taught various training programs, including Carrier Voice Over IP (CVoIP) / Carrier Voice and Application Solutions (CVAS). Mark also managed the maintenance and upkeep of the lab equipment. Currently, since 2017, Mark works at Ribbon Communications as an Instructor/Developer. Their responsibilities include developing, updating, and teaching courses on Ribbon, Legacy DMS, and Carrier Voice Over IP and CIM on NFV. Mark also takes care of the lab maintenance and upgrades.

Mark Z. attended Lincoln Tech - Nashville from 1975 to 1976, where they obtained an Honors degree in Auto/Diesel/Welding.
