Naga Mallapuram

Naga Mallapuram has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.

At Ribbon Communications, they started as a Technical Lead in July 2011 and worked on signaling and trunking features of the Session Border Controllers (SBC) product. Naga eventually became a Senior Technical Lead, responsible for customer interaction and converting customer requirements into functional requirements for the SBC. Later, they became a Principal Engineer, working on SBC 5200 series and other Ribbon Products, including IBCF and P-CSCF deployments.

Prior to Ribbon Communications, Naga worked at Global Edge Software Ltd. as a Module Lead from December 2009 to July 2011. Their responsibilities included driving the development of SIP requirements as per packet cable 2.0 specifications, designing and developing the Generic Call Manager, and supporting various IOT activities.

Naga's career started at TechMahindra as a Senior Software Engineer in April 2006. Naga focused on driving the development of SIP and NCS/MGCP requirements as per packet cable 2.0 and 1.0 specifications.

Overall, Naga has a strong technical background with expertise in SIP signaling, trunking, and packet cable specifications. Naga has demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

Naga Mallapuram attended KSRM College of Engineering Kadapa from 2000 to 2004 and graduated with a B.Tech degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
