Nilly Shpigel

Nilly Shpigel has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Nilly has worked for various companies in different roles. Nilly started their career at IBM in 1998 as a Talent Acquisition & Global Mobility Leader. Nilly then moved to Nortel in 2002, where they worked as a Human Resources Leader in Israel for two years before becoming an HR Business Partner for Sales in Eastern Europe. In 2010, Nilly joined GENBAND as an HR Business Partner for EMEA & APAC and worked there until 2017. Nilly is currently working at Ribbon Communications as the EMEA & Asia Pacific Human Resources representative.

Nilly Shpigel completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology at Tel Aviv University from 1995 to 1998. Nilly further pursued their education at Tel Aviv University and obtained a Master's degree in Labor Studies from 1998 to 2002.
