Rodney Neese has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Rodney began their career as a Carpenter/General Laborer at Williams Construction Company from October 1985 to October 1989. Following this, they joined Nortel Networks in October 1989 as a Test Technician I, where they tested and troubleshot printed circuit packs. Rodney later moved on to become a Test Technician II and then a Senior System Test Technician from February 1992 to May 1995. From May 1995 to December 2000, Rodney worked as a Reliability Test Module Quality Prime at Nortel Networks, where they resolved hardware and quality issues during product testing. Rodney also served as the ISO/TL9000 Audit Prime for RTM.
In December 2000, Rodney transitioned to the role of an Outage Analysis Engineer at Nortel Networks, responsible for analyzing and resolving outages. In November 2001, they became a Senior Technical Support Engineer, providing emergency outage technical support for Nortel carrier and enterprise products. Additionally, they administered a conference bridge during critical outage situations and filled in as a department manager when needed. Rodney continued working in this role until they joined GENBAND in June 2010 as a Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Most recently, Rodney has been working at Ribbon Communications since January 2018 as a Technical Support Engineer. The extent of their tenure in this position is not provided.
Rodney Neese attended Alamance Community College from 1987 to 1989. During their time there, they pursued a degree in Associate of Science (AS) Electronics Engineering Technology with a specialization in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
