Shay Giller currently serves as the Head of T3 Technical Support at Ribbon Communications, a position held since November 2014, where leadership encompasses a team of 50 support engineers responsible for all ECI products across multiple sites in Israel, India, and China. Prior to this role, Shay Giller was the T3 Group Manager at ECI Telecom from June 2012 to November 2014, and held various positions at ECI Telecom from 2005 to 2012, including T3 Team Leader and Expert Support Engineer.
