Simi Susan Raj

Simi Susan Raj has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Simi Susan began their career as a Programmer Analyst at Infosys in 2004 and worked there until 2009. At Infosys, they gained experience in programming and analysis.

In 2009, Simi joined Sonus, where they held various roles. Simi Susan started as a Senior Test Engineer and then progressed to become a Technical Lead, Senior Technical Lead, and finally an Associate Engineering Manager. During their time at Sonus, they contributed to the development and testing of telecommunications products.

In 2016, Simi transitioned to Ribbon Communications, where they served as a Manager SVT Engineering. Here, they led a team of system validation engineers and successfully managed the testing of the Policy Server (PSX) and Secure Telephone Identity (STI) products. Simi Susan played a key role in initiatives related to cloud native architecture, containerization, and virtualization.

Simi's journey at Ribbon Communications continued as they advanced to the position of Senior Manager SVT Engineering. In this role, they took responsibility for ensuring the product quality of the STI and Policy Server products. Simi Susan led a team of system validation engineers and was involved in the solution architecture of significant initiatives.

Throughout their career, Simi has demonstrated their expertise in system validation, team management, and product quality assurance. Simi Susan'swork experience showcases their ability to adapt to different roles and contribute effectively to the telecom industry.

Simi Susan Raj completed their Pre University education from Mount Carmel College, Palace Rd, Bengaluru, from 1997 to 1999. Simi Susan studied Physics, Math, Chemistry, and Biology during this time. Later, from 1999 to 2003, Simi pursued their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumkur (QIP Centre).
