Sinead Mahon

Sinead Mahon has a diverse work experience in the fields of accounting and finance. Sinead started their career at Lionbridge in 2002 as a Financial Controller. After a brief stint there, they moved on to Advanced Medical Optics where they worked as a General Ledger Accountant from 2002 to 2005. Sinead then joined the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland as a Finance Manager for a short period before transitioning to Niall Mellon/Earthquake Property Group, where they held the role of Financial Adviser and was later promoted to Financial Controller. In 2007, they joined Newell Roofing Products Limited as a Financial Controller, where they stayed until 2010. Sinead then worked as a Financial Accountant at NetIQ from 2010 to 2012. Their next role was at Ribbon Communications, where they worked as a Revenue Accountant from 2011 to 2017. Sinead then took on the role of General Ledger Manager (Maternity Cover) from 2017 to 2018, before becoming a Senior General Ledger Accountant.

Sinead Mahon completed their Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin, earning a 2.1 Honours degree, from 1992 to 1995. Later, they pursued a Masters of Accounting from Smurfit College of Business UCD, graduating with a 2nd Class Honours degree from 1995 to 1996.
