Srinivas Yenagandula has extensive work experience in technical support roles. Srinivas started their career at TATA Communications Ltd. (formerly VSNL) as an Executive Networks, where they were responsible for network monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Srinivas worked with various equipment such as Alcatel, NEC, ECI, Marconi, and Ciena. Srinivas also performed acceptance tests, implemented EMS/NMS, and upgraded network versions.

Srinivas Yenagandula attended Atharva COE from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. In January 2022, they also obtained an ITIL Foundation Level 4 certification from PeopleCert.
