Susan Sommer (Brown)

Susan (Brown) Sommer has a diverse work experience in business systems analysis and project management. Susan is currently working at Infinera as a Business Process and System Analyst since August 2019. Prior to this, they served as an IT Manager & Senior Business Systems Analyst at Ribbon Communications. In this role, Susan managed complex projects related to data and applications migration and disaster recovery testing. Susan also led critical initiatives to improve processes, such as migrating the customer service organization to Oracle CRM.

Additionally, they served as an NPI Process Group Analyst, where they supported new product introductions and implemented technology projects to meet ISO requirements.

Susan (Brown) Sommer completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering at the University of New Hampshire, from 1979 to 1983. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General, from 1990 to 1992 at New Hampshire College.
