Tinh Dang has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. They started their career at Alcatel-Lucent in 2007 as a Senior Optics Engineer, where they performed various tasks such as SDH/DWDM nodal and system design, NMS installation and integration, and network acceptance tests. In 2012, Tinh joined Ciena as a Customer Service Specialist and later took on the role of Customer Support Specialist until January 2022. Currently, Tinh is employed at Ribbon Communications as a Sales Manager, starting in March 2021.
Tinh Dang attained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Hanoi University of Technology. This educational journey took place from 2001 to 2007.
