Product Support Engineer at Ribbon Communications

Travis Waite began their work experience as an IT Support Specialist at INC Research in May 2011. Travis then moved on to become a Technical Support Engineer at Genband in January 2012, where they were responsible for resolving complex technical issues on live networks. In November 2016, Travis joined Ribbon Communications as a Product Support Engineer, specializing in carrier class and enterprise VoIP/TDM networks. Travis possesses expertise in Sonus GSX9000 Media Gateway, Network Boarder Switch (NBS), Genband G6 Universal Gateway, and other related systems. Travis is skilled in troubleshooting and root cause analysis, utilizing tools such as Wireshark Packet Capture and operational measurements to resolve technical issues.

Travis Waite earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Computer Information Systems from Appalachian State University. Travis attended the university from 2007 to 2011.
