Wai Pong Lai

Wai Pong Lai has an extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. They started their career at Nortel in 1998 as a Software Engineer, working until 2001. They then worked as a Systems Architect at Nortel from 2002 to 2006. In 2007, they became a Product Line Manager at Nortel. From 2009 to 2010, they worked at Huawei as a Senior Solutions Manager in the Core Network department. Next, they worked at Acision as a Solutions Architect from 2010 to 2011. They then joined Sonus Networks as a Principal Sales Engineer for the Canada Region from 2011 to 2014. After that, they worked as a Senior Sales Engineer at GENBAND from 2014 until 2017. Currently, Wai Pong Lai is employed at Ribbon Communications as a Senior Solutions Engineer, starting from November 2017.

Wai Pong Lai earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
