Yonatan Volkovich

Yonatan Volkovich has a diverse work experience in the field of network operations and support. Yonatan started their career as an Information Technology Technician in the Israel Defense Forces from May 2007 to May 2010. Following this, they worked as a Tier 1 Support Engineer at Kaltura from May 2011 to November 2011, where they provided customer support and incident management. Yonatan then joined Clicktale as a Tier 1 Support Engineer from April 2012 to September 2013, handling customer service requests and incidents in a high-pressure environment.

Yonatan then transitioned to a Network Operations Center Engineer role at Kenshoo from November 2015 to June 2018. Here, they monitored system components, assisted in disaster recovery planning, and served as a liaison between support groups during system events. Yonatan then joined ECI Telecom as an Optical Network Technical Instructor from July 2018 to September 2020. In this role, they conducted technical training programs on OTN and WDM technologies and worked with test equipment in a lab environment.

Afterwards, Yonatan joined Ziply Fiber as a Senior Network Operations Engineer from September 2020 to February 2021, followed by a role as an Optical Engineer 1 at Wave Broadband from February 2021 to June 2021. Currently, they are working as an Optical Network Customer Support at Ribbon Communications since July 2021.

Yonatan Volkovich attended the Holon Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
