Rob is on the People Team at Ribbon helping lead organizational culture, employee experience, and DEI. Previously, he was in a similar role on the People Team of a FinTech company in the Cryptocurrency space. Outside of Ribbon you can find him practicing yoga and aimlessly wandering farmers’ markets.
