Jen Yosef

Jen Yosef has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Jen has worked as a Product and Strategy Entrepreneur in Residence for various startups, providing hands-on support and strategic guidance for achieving growth and success. Jen has also served as an Advisor for a stealth startup in the blockchain industry.

In 2021, they worked as the Head of Risk and Portfolio (Product Operations) for Ribbon, a Series C Fintech startup. There, they led a large organization and was responsible for top strategic initiatives and the growth of company operations. Jen played a key role in transforming the real estate transaction process.

Jen is also a Co-founder and Board Member of Mighty, an AI-driven proptech company, where they played a crucial role in scaling the company and establishing partnerships.

Prior to their startup experiences, Jen had worked as a Strategy Development Consultant and Engineering Project Manager for Williams, where they identified and closed performance gaps and managed various projects. Jen also worked as a Design and Operations Engineer for Chevron, overseeing teams and reducing maintenance costs.

Jen holds a Mechanical / Civil Engineer and Project Manager role at Williams Company, where they managed pipeline and compressor projects and worked as a Construction Inspector on a pipeline replacement assignment.

Earlier in their career, Jen served as an Engineering Intern at Duke Energy Corporation. Jen is also a Board Member of the Pittsburgh Technology Council.

Jen Yosef obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in nuclear engineering from the University of Utah. In terms of additional certifications, Jen completed "The Business of Product Management I" from Coursera in May 2017. Furthermore, Jen acquired certifications in "Strategic Thinking" and "Designing Growth Strategies" from LinkedIn in April and May 2021, respectively. Additionally, Jen completed "Core Manager Training" from LifeLabs Learning in June 2022 and "VPs and Directors of Product Management: Finding Excellence" from Udemy in April 2023.
