Richard Gilbert possesses extensive experience in the food service and hospitality industry, currently serving as a Part Owner at The Blossom Bird since January 2021 and as an Assistant F&B Manager at HOLGATES (CARAVAN PARKS) LIMITED since December 2017. Richard has held the position of Head Chef at Knottendgolfclub and Seven Stars since June 2016 and June 2015, respectively, and has been a Chef at Ribby Hall Village since September 2014. Richard is pursuing an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery at Blackpool and The Fylde College, which has been ongoing since 2015, and completed education at Larne High School.
