Jason Mo

Scientist at Ribon Therapeutics

Jason Mo has a total of 14 years of work experience. Jason started their career as a Technician at Children's Hospital Boston in May 2002 and worked there until May 2005. Jason'srole involved designing experiments and developing methods to address the mechanism of premature retinopathy and diabetic retinopathy. Jason also developed a novel method to quantify blood vessel loss and growth using confocal microscope techniques and image analysis.

After that, Jason joined Merck in May 2005 as a Sr. Scientist and worked there for 10 years until August 2015. Jason'smain responsibility was determining a therapeutic path to stimulate microglia and lower neuro-inflammation for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease. Jason also evaluated a more clinic-friendly assay format and collaborated with the Clinical Development team for Phase 1 trials.

In 2016, Jason joined Ribon Therapeutics as a Scientist. Jason is currently working there and their role involves developing cell biochemical assays and assays for monitoring cellular immune responses for mono-PARP drug discovery. Jason also performs substrate identification for mono-PARP with protein production.

Jason Mo received a Master of Science degree in 1997 from National Taiwan University, where they studied from 1995 to 1997.
