Ana Merino

Ana Merino is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment, talent management, and human resources. Currently serving as the Head of Recruitment & Training at RIC Energy since February 2023, Ana previously held significant roles at JLL from February 2015 to October 2022, including HR Business Partner and Talent Management & Talent Acquisition Lead for the Southern Europe Cluster. Ana's expertise extends to health and safety coordination and interim HR business partnership. Earlier career highlights include a senior recruiter position at KPMG, specializing in legal and financial recruitment, and a role as a recruiter at Grupo Fittest. Ana began a career in psychology with experience at the Victim’s Assistance Service of Leganés Town Hall, providing legal and psychological support to crime victims. Ana holds a Master's Degree in Clinical, Legal and Forensic Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and degrees in Psychology and Criminology from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela.
