Thomas Martens possesses extensive experience in the life sciences sector, currently serving as a BD & Sales Manager and Team Lead at RIC Group since July 2020. Prior roles include Technical Business Manager at Eurofins CDMO and Principal Scientist at Unchained Labs, where responsibilities involved developing biologics tools and managing the Applications department. Thomas has also held various positions at TRINEAN, including Head of Applications and Team Leader, focusing on bridging commercial and R&D efforts while representing the company at international events. An education background includes a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Ghent University and additional qualifications in biotechnology and agronomic engineering, complemented by knowledge in spectrophotometry, project management, and genomics.
