Thomas Wuyek, CFSP has over 15 years of experience in the foodservice industry. Thomas is currently working as a Project Manager at Ricca Design Studios since June 2019. Prior to this, they served as an Associate Project Manager at Webb Foodservice Design from June 2016 to May 2019. From November 2012 to June 2016, they worked in the same role at Cini-Little International, Inc.

Thomas also worked as a Line Cook II at Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center from September 2004 to May 2006, handling a variety of stations and managing Sunday brunch operations.

Thomas Wuyek, CFSP, received their Associate of Science (AS) degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University. Thomas attended the university from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they hold various certifications that contribute to their expertise in the field. Thomas Wuyek obtained the Certified Food Service Professional (CFSP) certification from the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM) in June 2017. Thomas also received the ServSafe Food Handler certification from ServSafe Certified in February 2021.
