Timothy Payne

Timothy Payne is a Project Manager at Rice Associates, Inc. Since December 2017. Prior to that, Timothy held the title of Project Surveyor at Cardno from June 2011 to December 2017. With previous experience as a Project Surveyor at Halder Surveys, P.C from December 2006 to January 2010 and at Rice Associates, Inc from June 2000 to December 2006. Timothy completed a Certificate in Surveying at John Tyler Community College in 2004 and obtained a High School Diploma w/ 22 credit hours from Meadowbrook, H.S. in 1987.
