In their most recent role as a Business System Analyst at Tepa Companies, Ellen provided exceptional support to Tyndall Air Force Base NDR PMO, serving as a subject matter expert for the Program Management Information System. Ellen utilized the Scrum framework to gather and review business requirements, enhancing the software capability of the Air Force's proprietary software. Ellen also utilized Oracle Primavera P6 Scheduling Software to deconstruct and reconstruct the Integrated Master Schedule for the NDR Program.

Ellen obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Technology Management from Gulf Coast State College in 2014, following an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management in 2007 and an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Science in 2004, both also from Gulf Coast State College. Ellen furthered their professional development by acquiring various certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2022, the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in July 2022, and the Scaled Scrum Master Certified (SSMC) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2023. Ellen also holds the Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in January 2023 and the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2022.
